One person or the whole gym. It follows them into every class until you change it.

The math
Say ten people walk in every month and right now two of them are still training six months later. Doubling the gym means getting that two to four. There are exactly two levers that do it, and they both work. They just cost very different things.
Put more people through the door.
How it works. You leave the share who stay where it is, at two in ten, and raise the number arriving. Twenty in instead of ten gets you the same four.
What it takes. More ads, more trials, more intro offers, more calls. It is a monthly spend rather than a one off, and intake drops back to ten the month you stop.
Keep more of the ones already there.
How it works. You leave intake where it is, at ten, and raise the share still training six months later from two in ten to four in ten.
What it takes. A change to what happens after somebody joins rather than before. Once the room works that way it keeps working, and it compounds instead of resetting.
Every gym loses people. Not every gym loses the same number. Lose one in ten a month and a gym tops out; lose two in ten and it tops out at half that. Everyone out there is selling you the first lever. Nobody built you anything for the second.
Pulling the second lever is the whole product. Here is what that looks like.

They did not stop liking jiu jitsu. They stopped being able to feel themselves getting better.
You can't coach everyone on the mat one at a time. There isn't time, and there are too many of them. So nobody tells most of your students what to work on. That's who leaves.
GrapplingU does that part for you, at the size of your whole gym. Every student gets a focus for the week, sees their own progress, and hears back from you. Give it to one student, or set it for the room.
A coach already running it
“It’s helped me to reduce the time it takes to design practices for my gym significantly… They’re able to go back, review and actually remember the specific skills we were focusing on during each practice. Overall, it’s just made my coaching process more efficient and my athletes more engaged.”

What you actually get
One line, typed once. Set it for one student or the whole gym.
One person or the whole gym. It follows them into every class until you change it.
People don't quit when they can feel themselves getting better.
What have you been struggling with recently that you'd like help with from your coach? Your coach sees this directly.
In their own words, whenever it occurs to them. Not caught between rounds on a busy mat.
What your students are working on. Assign a focus or reply. It clears once you respond.
I keep getting my guard passed when they pin my legs. Not sure how to recover.
Finally hit the underhook sweep in live rolls.
Reply from the row, or turn it straight into that person's next focus. Answered rows clear themselves out.
Attendance records itself on the way in. Three weeks quiet is a message you can still send; two months is not.
A comp game plan and a first-stripe goal run on the same system. Only the focus changes. Those two are the most likely to leave.
Unlimited coaches on every plan, so it doesn't collapse the week you're away.
None of it takes long. One thing to work on, and a reason to be on the mats Tuesday night.

If they don't stay, you're not growing, you're replacing. Same work every month, same size gym. We set your students up with one thing each to work on, against your real roster rather than a demo account. Then they can see their own progress, and they tell you what they're stuck on.
