Greg's Curriculum — Foundation & All Levels Classes
Your students drill it clean, then freeze the second it's live. Greg's games close that gap — and the community shows you exactly how to run them.

About the coach
Greg Souders
Greg Souders is the founder of Standard Jiu-Jitsu in Rockville, Maryland, and a pioneer of the ecological-dynamics approach to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He's built his entire system on the Constraints-Led Approach — the same motor-learning science (perception-action coupling, representative learning design, affordances, self-organization) studied in human-movement labs — and used it to challenge one of the deepest beliefs in martial arts: that you need to drill. His case that repetitive drilling is unnecessary, even counterproductive, has reshaped how a generation of coaches thinks about teaching the sport.
The results back it up. He took Deandre Corbe from purple belt to an ADCC trials winner in a couple of years — without drilling a single repetition — then coached Deandre's brother Gavin to second at the ADCC trials, and developed a women's world champion from a complete beginner. He coached Team USA at CJI 2, and his method is now being adopted at the highest levels of the sport — from the athletes at B-Team to Nicky Ryan — with a Los Angeles camp preparing competitors for ADCC 2026.
Across 50+ podcast appearances and his own YouTube channel, Greg has become the most-cited voice for ecological and constraint-led training in grappling. He previously ran the Standard Jiu-Jitsu community on Skool — now exclusively on GrapplingU.
