SMS Terms — GrapplingU Demo Reminders

These terms govern the GrapplingU Demo Reminders text message programme operated by GrapplingU Inc. They apply only to that programme.

1. Programme name

GrapplingU Demo Reminders.

2. What the programme is

When you book a demo call with GrapplingU at grapplingu.com and tick the optional SMS consent box on the booking form, GrapplingU sends you text reminders about that call. These are transactional reminders about an appointment you scheduled. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this programme.

3. Who sends the messages

GrapplingU Inc. sends these messages itself, directly, to people who booked a demo call with GrapplingU on our own website. No other business is involved in sending them and no other business is compensated in connection with them.

4. How you opt in

You opt in by ticking an unchecked checkbox on the GrapplingU demo booking form at grapplingu.com/free-weeks or grapplingu.com/book. The checkbox reads:

“Text me reminders about my call. GrapplingU may send me SMS text messages about my scheduled call — a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a reminder one hour before. Msg & data rates may apply. Up to 3 messages per booking. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

The box is unchecked by default. Ticking it is never required to book a demo, to buy anything, or to use GrapplingU. We record the time you consented and the exact wording shown to you at that moment.

There is no way to opt in by texting a keyword. This programme has no opt-in keywords.

5. Message frequency

Up to three (3) messages per booking: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before your call, and a reminder one hour before it starts. If you reschedule, the reminders move with the new time. This is not a recurring subscription — messages stop after your call.

6. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges apply to messages you send and receive. GrapplingU does not charge you for these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Opting out does not cancel your demo booking and does not opt you out of email.

9. Your data

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are used only to send you the reminders described above. They are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate, for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. We retain your consent record for compliance audit purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

10. Supported carriers

This programme is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
