SMS Privacy Notice — GrapplingU Demo Reminders

This notice covers the GrapplingU Demo Reminders text message programme operated by GrapplingU Inc. It explains what we collect when you opt in, how we use it, and who can see it. It applies only to that programme. See the SMS Terms for the programme rules, and our full Privacy Policy for everything else GrapplingU does.

1. Who we are

GrapplingU Inc., 48 Fifth Ave, Ottawa, ON K1S 2M5, Canada. Contact: grapplinguteam@gmail.com. GrapplingU Inc. is the sole sender of these messages and the sole controller of the data described here.

2. What we collect

• The mobile phone number you enter on the demo booking form.
• Whether you ticked the SMS consent box, and the date and time you ticked it.
• The exact wording of the consent disclosure shown to you at that moment.
• A record of the reminder messages we send you and of any STOP or HELP reply.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to send you the reminders about the demo call you booked, and to keep proof of your consent in case a mobile carrier asks us to demonstrate it. We use it for nothing else.

4. Who we share it with

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate, for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose.

The only disclosure is technical: we use a licensed messaging provider to transmit the messages, acting on our instructions and prohibited from using your number for their own purposes. No other disclosure of any kind takes place.

5. How you stop it

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP for support information, or email grapplinguteam@gmail.com. Opting out does not cancel your demo booking.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your consent record while your booking is active and for a limited period afterwards for compliance audit purposes, then delete it. You may ask us to delete it sooner by emailing grapplinguteam@gmail.com.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing grapplinguteam@gmail.com. Ticking the SMS consent box is optional and is never required to book a demo or to use GrapplingU.
